Application

To initiate your Green Key application and unlock access to our e-portal, tools, and support materials, just fill out the Green Key registration form and email it to Green Key Armenia at greenkeyarmenia@issdngo.com. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the process.

Green Key registration form

Application Process for New Applicants:

The establishment initiates the application process by contacting Green Key Armenia.
Green Key Armenia provides guidance on application procedures and required documentation.
The establishment completes the application form, submits supplementary documents, and pays the participation fees.
An on-site audit is conducted by a trained Green Key auditor, or an off-site audit is performed through document review.
Upon approval, the certified establishment is granted the plaque and certificate. Optionally, the establishment may acquire a Green Key flag.
The Green Key certificate remains valid for 12 months and requires annual renewal.

Application Process for Subsequent Years with On-Site Audits (Year 2 and Typically Every Third Year):

Green Key sends a reminder three months before the certificate expiration date to begin the re-application process.
The establishment submits updated application materials to Green Key at least eight weeks before the certificate expiration date.
The establishment pays the fees and undergoes an on-site audit.

To apply for a Green Key, reach out to us via email. Upon contacting us, we'll assign you a dedicated contact person to assist with your application. Simply complete the Green Key registration form and email it.

Digital start-up meeting

A digital take-off meeting is booked with your contact person at Green Key Armenia. During the meeting, we will go through the process of obtaining an eco-label, the criteria and the documentation.

Fulfillment of mandatory criteria

Your task is to meet all the required criteria and provide documentation confirming compliance. At Green Key Armenia, we're here to offer guidance and assistance every step of the way. We're pleased to organize regular coordination meetings to support your project and ensure a smooth application process.

Review of the application

Once you've met all the mandatory criteria and uploaded all the required documents to the e-criteria form, please inform your designated contact person. We will thoroughly review your application and reach out if any additional information is needed or if there are any missing elements.

Audit

Upon approval of your application, we will schedule a physical audit at your facility to ensure that all mandatory criteria are met on-site. Read more about how an audit is done here.
